Petra Energy Trading works with and for all participants in the energy markets. A unique combination of financial talent, energy expertise and a proactive attitude has enabled us to become an international player in the field.

The PetraEnergy Group has offices in 12 different countries over 5 continents with Management operations in London, Singapore, India and South Africa. Operating in different time zones are imperative to our business so that we are in operation 24hrs a day which allows us to be up to speed with world markets at any given time. This allows us to offer our clients the confidence and comfort that we are in full control of our business. The Group has its own funding arranged for the medium term in order to carry out its group activities. The finance function is managed and controlled by the Chairman of the Group and his office. Administration for the Group’s trading activities is carried on from the London office, which is the liaison centre for the Group’s activities.

PetraEnergy Trading has a strong core of commodity experienced traders who handle the buying, selling and refining activities of the Group. The Group maintains its own legal department so that all contracts and due diligence can be conducted in house. The legal department includes two Russian lawyers who are able to handle Russian contracts and due diligence on behalf of the Group.

Petra employs the best people in the business to be on board and to manage the different functions of our activities in each part of the world we trade in; this allows us to ensure a well managed, complete transparent and client satisfaction.
